David Jones

David Jones has a strong background in finance and corporate services. David is currently serving as the Director of Finance & Corporate Services at St Leonard's Hospice since September 2022. Prior to this, they worked as the Head Of Finance at St Leonard's Hospice from August 2021 to August 2022.

Before joining St Leonard's Hospice, David held the position of Head Of Finance at SANIPEX UK from May 2017 to August 2021. David also worked as a Director at Tenfold Trading from November 2014 to May 2017.

David's earlier experience includes roles at Newsquest Specialist Media Ltd, where they served as the Head of Finance from February 2011 to July 2014, and as the Financial Controller from July 2007 to February 2011. David also worked as a Financial Analyst at Newsquest Media Group Ltd from June 2006 to July 2007.

Prior to that, David gained experience as an Assistant Audit Manager at Deloitte from January 2006 to July 2006. David started their career as an Audit Senior at haysmacintyre from September 2001 to September 2004.

David Jones attended Durham University from 1997 to 2000, where they obtained a BA (Hons) in Classics. Prior to that, they completed their secondary education at King's School Chester from 1990 to 1997. David also received an ACA certification from ICAEW in 2005.
