Trevor Sainsbury has a diverse work experience spanning multiple industries. Trevor began their career as a Sales Representative at Frito-Lay Canada in 2000. In 2003, they joined CIBC as a Personal Banker and eventually moved into a Management Training Program. During their time at CIBC, they excelled in sales and was a top 10 sales driver in the Niagara Region. In 2005, Trevor transitioned to Wendy's/Boston Pizza as a District Manager, where they focused on driving sales, managing costs, and training staff. Trevor'sachievements included achieving top 10 business review scores in Canada for 8 consecutive corporate inspections. In 2012, they joined Tim Hortons as the Manager of Business Development, responsible for regional training and restaurant impact. Trevor later served as the Sr. Manager of Restaurant Impact, Director of Guest Services, and Waste Diversion, before leaving Tim Hortons in 2016. Since 2016, Trevor has worked at St. Louis Franchise Limited, starting as the Vice President of Operations and currently serving as the VP of Business Insights.

Trevor Sainsbury completed three years in the field of Business Administration at Brock University from 1997 to 2001. Prior to that, they obtained their High School Diploma from Dennis Morris High School from 1992 to 1997.
