Roberto Munster

Roberto Munster is currently the Chief Administrative Officer at St. Louis County Library, a position held since September 2025. Prior to this role, Roberto gained extensive experience at Chemonics International, serving in various capacities from Senior Director to Associate from January 2012 to September 2025. Roberto's earlier experience includes working as a Financial Sector Consultant at The World Bank from March 2010 to November 2011 and as the Director of Operations for the Graduate Student Government at the University of Maryland from July 2008 to January 2010. Roberto holds a Master of Public Policy from the University of Maryland, earned in 2010, as well as a Bachelor of Science in Finance from the University of Maryland - Robert H. Smith School of Business, completed in 2008.
