Alexander Garza is a seasoned health professional currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Missouri Foundation for Health and the St. Louis Integrated Health Network. St. Louis County government is divided between the executive branch governed by the St. Louis County Executive, and the legislative branch governed by the seven members of the St. Louis County Council. There are around 4,000 employees working for St. Louis County government. The current county executive is Dr. Sam Page, who was inaugurated on April 29, 2019.
