Alexander Garza

Alexander Garza is a seasoned health professional currently serving as a Member of the Board of Directors for the Missouri Foundation for Health and the St. Louis Integrated Health Network. Garza holds the position of Chief Community Health Officer at SSM Health, where there is responsibility for directing community health initiatives and addressing Social Determinants of Health. Previous roles at SSM Health include Chief Medical Officer and Chief Quality Officer, providing oversight across various healthcare services.
