Kristin Lappin has a diverse and extensive work experience spanning multiple industries and roles. Kristin began their career in 1990 as a Staff Member for the Gephardt in Congress Committee, where they worked until 2004. In 1997, they joined the University of Missouri - St. Louis as a Manager, a role they held until 1999. From 2002 to 2004, they worked as a Congressional Liaison for the U.S. House of Representatives. In 2005, they served as an Assistant Director for both the Gephardt Institute for Public Service and Washington University. Kristin'snext position was with Aboussie & Associates, where they worked as the Exec. VP of Operations from 2007 to 2015.
