Patrice Howard has a diverse work experience in the education sector. Patrice started their career as an Assistant Teacher and Manager at the YMCA in 2002. Patrice then worked as an Outreach Coordinator at Girl Scouts of Minnesota and Wisconsin River Valleys before joining the YWCA as a Youth and Family Coordinator. In 2006, Patrice became a Site Supervisor at Minnetonka Public Schools and also started working as a Program Manager at the Page Education Foundation. Patrice then pursued a Master's degree in Family Education at the University of Minnesota from 2009 to 2011. Following that, they attended Saint Mary's University of Minnesota, where they earned an M.A. in Educational Leadership from 2010 to 2011, and a Doctor of Education (Ed.D.) in Educational Leadership and Administration, General from 2012 to 2016.
