Shelley Colvin has extensive experience in various leadership and volunteer roles focused on equity, inclusion, education, and bereavement support. Currently serving on the Board of Directors for the League of Women Voters SLP since 2014 and as the Equity and Inclusion Chair for LWV Minnesota since April 2017, Shelley is dedicated to expanding voting access and promoting equity within the organization. As a licensed substitute teacher for St. Louis Park Public Schools since 2014, Shelley has demonstrated effective classroom management and adaptability. Previous roles include Bereavement Center Manager at Hospice of Wake County, where a high percentage of participants rated services as good to excellent, and various volunteer positions emphasizing program development and community outreach. Shelley holds a Master of Divinity degree from Union Theological Seminary and a Graduate Certificate in Project Management from Keller Graduate School of Management.
