Justin Struttmann

Justin Struttmann has a diverse work experience. Justin served as the Chief Operating Officer at St. Louis Public Library from September 2016 till the present, overseeing various departments such as Finance, Human Resources, and Facilities Maintenance. Additionally, they worked as the President and Vice President of the Board of Directors at Downtown Children's Center starting from July 2019. Before that, they worked as an Independent Consultant in the tourism industry, specializing in ticketing and operations. Prior to that, they held the position of Director of Operations at Bi-State Development Agency dba Metro, where they managed a staff of over 100 employees and implemented innovative strategies for operations at the Gateway Arch.

Justin Struttmann studied at Washington University in St. Louis from 1999 to 2003 and earned a Bachelor's Degree in Business Administration. Justin pursued dual majors in Finance and International Business, with a focus on these areas of study during their time at the university.
