Megan Bograd

Megan Bograd has a diverse work experience. Megan is currently employed as the Manager of Training and Development at St. Louis Public Library since November 2022. Before that, they worked at Church HR Network as an Administrative Assistant from August 2022 to October 2022. In the early months of 2022, Megan took time off to focus on self-care and travel as a self-employed individual.

Prior to their self-employment, they worked at DocMatter from June 2021 to March 2022. At DocMatter, Megan held the role of Training Specialist, Data Management, where they played a crucial role in onboarding and training interns to become Data Managers. In this position, they created a remote onboarding program, implemented data-driven performance reviews, and assisted in hiring new interns based on performance data. Before their role as a Training Specialist, Megan served as a Data Manager at DocMatter from July 2019 to May 2021.

Before joining DocMatter, Megan worked as a Special Education Paraeducator at the San Francisco Unified School District from February 2018 to June 2019. Megan also served as a Workshop Leader at About-Face from May 2016 to August 2018. Additionally, they gained experience as a Resident Advisor at San Francisco State University from August 2016 to July 2018.

Megan Bograd completed their education with a Bachelor of Arts (BA) degree in Sociology, Women and Gender Studies from San Francisco State University, from the years 2015 to 2018. Prior to that, they pursued an Associate of Arts (AA) degree in Sociology at Ventura College from 2014 to 2015.
