Charlie McDonald

Charlie Mcdonald is an experienced radio host at St. Louis Public Radio since November 2013, where responsibilities include announcing, engineering, and participating in membership campaigns. Since August 2015, Charlie has also served as an Adjunct Instructor at the University of Missouri - St. Louis, teaching Sound Recording and Production. Prior to these roles, Charlie was a Special Education Instructor at Giant Steps of St. Louis from June 2009 to June 2013, focusing on academics and social skills for students on the autism spectrum. Additionally, Charlie has a background in broadcasting as a Show Host, Studio Engineer, and Producer at Classic 99 & KFUO AM from July 1999 to July 2010. Educational qualifications include a Master’s degree in Special Education and Teaching from the University of Missouri-Saint Louis and a Bachelor’s degree in Communications from Lindenwood University.
