Haliday Douglas is the President & CEO of the St. Louis Public Schools Foundation, leading strategic and operational initiatives to address under-funded student needs and drive innovation within the St. Louis Public Schools District. Previous roles include CEO of Sons & Daughters of Saint Louis, focusing on well-being and upward mobility, and Vice President of Human Capital and Operations at Boys & Girls Clubs of the Peninsula, where Haliday managed staffing and implemented equity-based compensation strategies. Haliday also served as Director of Talent Strategy and Management for the Saint Louis Public School District and held key positions at the Tennessee Department of Education, enhancing management practices and reducing licensing processing times. Early career experiences include teaching at City Academy and operations management at Aim High St. Louis. Haliday holds an Ed.M. from Harvard University and a degree in English from Bowdoin College.
