Bryan Bergjans currently serves as the National Director of Military Growth and Strategy at loanDepot, having assumed the position in September 2024. With a lengthy career in the US Navy, Bryan holds the title of Readiness Officer (S8) for Naval Cargo Handling Battalion 11 since April 2008, ensuring the mobilization readiness of Sailors. Previous roles include Task Group Commander, Operations Officer, and FUELS Company Commander, demonstrating extensive leadership in coordinating missions and optimizing operational readiness. Bryan's civilian experience includes serving as SVP, National Director of Military/Veteran Lending at Caliber and hosting shows on the Mortgage News Network. Educationally, Bryan is pursuing Joint Professional Military Education at the U.S. Naval War College and has attained various degrees, including an MBA in Business Administration and Human Resources Management.
