Julie Primavera

Julie Primavera is an experienced healthcare professional with a comprehensive background in case management, internal communications, and marketing. Currently serving as the Director of Case Management at Montefiore St. Luke's Cornwall since October 2022, Julie has previously held key leadership roles including Director of Provider Relations at Hudson Valley Hospice and Vice President of Skilled Nursing at Wingate Healthcare. At Health Quest, Julie launched the internal communication function for a four-hospital health system, while at Vassar Brothers Medical Center, Julie managed a team of 55 case managers, implementing departmental restructuring to improve patient outcomes. Early career experiences at IBM and M&T Bank included significant marketing and communications roles. Julie holds Bachelor's degrees in Registered Nursing from Pace University and another from Marist College.
