Laurie Conan Ccp, Cebs

Laurie Conan has extensive work experience in the field of Human Resources, with a focus on compensation, benefits, and HRIS. Laurie currently holds the position of Vice President, Human Resources at Montefiore St. Luke's Cornwall since February 2022. Prior to this role, they served as the Assistant Vice President of Human Resources at the same company from November 2019 to January 2022. Before joining Montefiore St. Luke's Cornwall, Laurie worked at St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital as the Director of Compensation, Benefits, and HRIS from December 2002 to November 2019. Laurie also gained experience at Moody's Investors Service as the Director of HRIS from 2000 to 2002, and at New York Presbyterian Hospital as the Director of HRIS from February 1993 to September 2000.

Laurie Conan, CCP, CEBS earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Operations Research and Industrial Engineering from Cornell University. Laurie attended Cornell University from 1984 to 1988, completing their undergraduate education in that period.
