Susan James currently serves as the Coordinator of Care Transition at Montefiore St. Luke's Cornwall since October 2022. Additionally, Susan has been with SLCH since November 2014, recently starting a role as a discharge/admissions nurse. Susan's nursing career began at St. Luke's Cornwall Hospital in September 2002 as a Registered Nurse. Educationally, Susan earned an Associate Degree in Nursing from Helene Fuld School of Nursing between 1999 and 2001 and is currently pursuing a BSN-MSN in Nursing at Chamberlain University, with studies ongoing since 2014.
