Megan McCartney

Megan McCartney has a diverse work experience spanning multiple companies and roles. Megan currently works at St. Luke's University Health Network, where they serve as the Director of Human Capital Management Systems since August 2022. Prior to this, they held the positions of Manager and Senior HCM Analyst at the same organization, starting from March 2018. Before joining St. Luke's, they worked at Versum Materials as an HRIS Lead from October 2016 to March 2018, and at Air Products as an HRIS Lead from November 2015 to October 2016. Megan also served as a Senior Systems Analyst at Lehigh Valley Health Network from August 2011 to November 2015, and as the VP-Talent at RMS an iQor Company from October 2010 to August 2011.
