Shona Croucher

Shona Croucher currently serves as Chief Financial Officer at St. LukesHealth since March 2023, bringing extensive financial leadership experience from previous roles, including Chief Financial Officer at TasFoods Limited from October 2021 to March 2023 and at Bellamy's Organic from August 2014 to October 2021. At Bellamy's Organic, Shona held dual responsibilities as Director of Finance and People and Chief Financial Officer. Prior to these positions, Shona was a Director at KPMG from 1998 to August 2014, specializing in taxation and accounting advice for a diverse range of owner-operated businesses. Educational qualifications include participation in the Emerging CFO strategic financial leadership program at Stanford University Graduate School of Business in 2016 and a Master's of Applied Finance from Kaplan Professional, as well as further education in financial planning and a Bachelor of Commerce from the University of Tasmania.
