Eliel Lira

Eliel Lira has extensive experience in the meat processing industry. Currently serving as an Instrutor de treinamento at St Marche since July 2017, Eliel is responsible for training new employees, conducting introductory operational training for managers, coordinators, and supervisors, as well as operational training for the butcher shop section. Eliel also promotes and organizes meetings and visits with suppliers to enhance partnerships and provide relevant information to the team. Previously, Eliel held positions as Açougueiro Pleno and Açougueiro Junior at St Marche, overseeing all processes and team direction within the butcher shop. Prior experience includes working as an Açougueiro at Natural da Terra, where responsibility for the sector's operations and team management was also a key focus. Eliel has completed Ensino Médio at the SECRETARIA DE ESTADO DE EDUCAÇÃO DE SÃO PAULO.
