João Pavin

João Pavin currently serves as the Head of Compliance & DPO at St Marche, where responsibilities include implementing the Integrity Program and participating in the Ethics Committee and the Audit, Finance, and Risk Committee, reporting to the Board of Directors. Prior to this role, João worked as a Full Associate at Azevedo Sette Advogados focusing on compliance, investigations, and white-collar matters. João also held positions at Embraer, first as a Senior Compliance Analyst responsible for the Asia-Pacific region, followed by a role as a Compliance Analyst. Previous experience includes working at Kroll as an Associate, handling due diligence and forensic analysis, and serving as a Junior Lawyer at Demarest Advogados with a secondment in compliance at CountourGlobal. João holds a postgraduate degree in Compliance from FGV - Fundação Getulio Vargas and a Bachelor’s degree in Law from FACAMP.
