Dylan Deal

Dylan Deal currently serves as the Head of School at St. Mark’s Cathedral School, a position held since June 2023. Previously, Dylan was the Upper School Director at Moravian Academy from June 2017 to June 2023 and held two roles at Bayside Academy from June 2013 to June 2017: Head of Upper School and Assistant Head of Upper School. Prior experience includes a tenure at Holy Innocents' Episcopal School, where Dylan worked as the Dean of Students, an English and Comparative Religion Teacher, and the Head Baseball Coach, achieving state championships in 2007 and regional championships in 2006, 2009, and 2012. Dylan holds a Master of Science in Education with a focus on School Leadership from the University of Pennsylvania and a Bachelor of Arts in Religion from Davidson College.
