Lauren Bates

Lauren Bates has a diverse work experience. Lauren started their career in 2001 as a Program Staff at Camp Lutherhaven. In 2004, they became the Director of Now and Next Generation Ministries at St. Mark's Lutheran Church. From 2005 to 2008, they worked as an off-site recruiter in the St. Louis area for Concordia University Wisconsin's Admissions department.

Lauren Bates pursued their education at Concordia University, Nebraska from 1999 to 2004. During this time, they focused on studying Theology with a specialization in Youth and Family Ministry.
