Julie Simer

Julie Simer is a seasoned legal professional with extensive experience in healthcare law. Currently serving as Vice President and Senior Corporate Counsel within the Clinical Network Division at Providence since June 2019, Julie has previously held the position of Senior Counsel at Dignity Health from December 2017 to May 2019. Prior to that, Julie worked as a Partner at Nossaman LLP for over a year and spent five years as Special Counsel at Buchalter Nemer. Academic credentials include a Master of Public Health from the University of California, Berkeley, a Juris Doctor with Honors from Drake University Law School, and a Bachelor of Science with High Honors from the University of Illinois Urbana-Champaign.
