Lauren Gullo

Lauren Gullo is an experienced health, safety, and environment leader currently serving as the Manager of Health, Hygiene & Safety for BHP's WA Iron Ore division since December 2020. Previously, Lauren held multiple managerial roles within BHP, focusing on health and safety reporting and assurance across various operations. In addition to their corporate responsibilities, Lauren is a mentor in the Women in Mining WA program and a student mentor for STEM at St Mary's Anglican Girls' School. Lauren's early career included roles in safety and health advisory positions in the mining sector and consultancy work in public health. Lauren holds a Bachelor of Occupational Therapy from James Cook University and has completed additional studies in leadership, injury management, and emergency management.
