Leandro Saez

Leandro Saez is an accomplished procurement professional with extensive experience in strategic sourcing, capital expenditures (Capex), and maintenance, repair, and operations (MRO). Currently serving as the Procurement Director at St Marys Cement since May 2019, Leandro oversees a team of 26, managing strategic procurement for cement and aggregate operations across the U.S. and Canada, handling an annual budget of $400 million. Prior to this role, Leandro held various procurement positions at Votorantim Cimentos from April 2008 to April 2019, leading significant global expansion projects and achieving substantial cost savings. Leandro's career began at ARAUCO as a purchasing buyer and included an internship at Cervejaria Ambev. Leandro holds a Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, a Master's degree in Project Management, and additional leadership training from Insper.
