Lisa Hickie

Lisa Hickie currently serves as the Chief People Officer at St. Mary's Food Bank, leading the People Operations and HR department. With extensive experience in HR leadership, Lisa previously held multiple senior roles at Offerpad, including SVP of People Operations, where responsibilities encompassed HR Operations, Employee Relations, and Organizational Strategy. Prior experience includes serving as Senior Director of HR Shared Services at Banner Health, overseeing various HR functions across several states, and directing Marketing & Communications at D.E. Jones Associates. Lisa also owned and operated Mind Over Splatter, a retail business, managing all aspects of operations. Lisa holds a Master's degree in Social Work from Arizona State University and a Bachelor's degree in Social Welfare from the University of Wisconsin, Milwaukee.
