Shash R.

Shash R.'s work experience begins in 2011 at Toyota Motor Manufacturing Canada, where they held two roles. Firstly, as a Quality Control Engineering Specialist for the Lexus RX, Shash was responsible for overseeing the quality of vehicle parts and components through the use of Toyota Production System (TPS) principles. They also served as project lead for the launch of the Lexus model year. Secondly, as a Project Planning and Management Specialist in Production Control, Shash focused on coordinating and managing projects related to production control.

In 2018, Shash transitioned to St. Mary's General Hospital, where they initially served as a Performance Improvement Facilitator. In this role, Shash led the planning and implementation of the organization's vision and strategic priorities, coached teams on continuous improvement, and managed various initiatives to enhance patient care and operational efficiency. Currently, Shash holds the position of Strategy Lead, though specific responsibilities and timeframe are not provided.

Shash R. studied Chemical Engineering and Co-op at McMaster University, earning a B. Eng. degree. Shash also received a certification from Professional Engineers Ontario as a P. Eng.
