Beth Patrick-SHRM-CP, MHA has a diverse work experience in the healthcare industry. Beth is currently working as the CHRO - HR Business Partner at St. Mary's Health Care System since September 2020. Prior to this, they served as the Director of Community Outreach, Administrative and Support Services at St. Mary's Good Samaritan Hospital from May 2014 to September 2020. From May 2012 to May 2014, they worked as an HR Generalist at St. Mary's Health Care System. Before joining St. Mary's, they held the position of HR Generalist at Reynolds Plantation from May 2002 to May 2012.
Beth Patrick-SHRM-CP, MHA completed their Master of Healthcare Administration (MHA) from Capella University in the field of Health/Health Care Administration/Management. Beth attended Capella University from 2017 to 2018. Prior to this, they pursued a Bachelor's degree in Management (BBA) from Georgia College & State University, during the years 2000 to 2003.
