Christine Packer has a range of experience in the healthcare industry. Christine started their career as a Process Improvement Manager at Saint Alphonsus Health System in 2006, where they worked until 2011. Christine then joined Qualis Health as a Quality Improvement Consultant, specializing in transitions of care issues and adverse drug event identification. In 2014, Christine became the Chief Transformation Officer at St. Mary's Health & Clearwater Valley Health, and in 2015, they took on the role of Director of Process Improvement at the same company. Throughout their career, Christine has demonstrated expertise in quality and patient safety, leading various projects across Idaho.
Christine Packer earned a Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Health Education from Idaho State University in 1994. Christine further pursued their education and completed a Master of Education (M.Ed.) degree in Adult Education and Organizational Development from the University of Idaho in 2004.
