Anne Sidio

Anne Sidio is an accomplished executive with extensive experience in human resources and talent acquisition. Currently serving as Chief Transformation Officer and Vice President of People at LanzaJet since November 2023, Anne has a strong background in leadership roles, including Chief Human Resources Officer at Illinois Bone & Joint Institute and senior positions at Major Executive Search, JM Search, ComPsych, and SMS Assist, among others. With a focus on recruiting, performance management, and leadership development, Anne has successfully implemented various programs to enhance organizational effectiveness. Anne holds a BA in Public Policy from the University of Chicago and an MBA in Organizational Leadership from Benedictine University.
