Chad Downing

Chad Downing is currently serving as the Vice President of Sales at St Matthews Pharmacy. Chad has extensive experience in the pharmacy industry, having worked as a Sr Pharmacy Consultant at Blue & Co., LLC. Chad is also a Leadership Coach, Trainer, and Speaker at Maxwell Leadership, where Chad helps individuals and groups in leadership development. In addition, Chad is a Franchise Co-Owner at Cruise Planners, focusing on all-inclusive resorts and family vacations. Previously, Chad held roles at Walgreens, Louisville Metro Government, Purdue University, and Sullivan University. Chad holds a BS in Pharmacy from Ohio Northern University and an Executive MBA from Quantic School of Business and Technology.
