Prior to this role, James held a position with the Town of Williamson from April 2004 to March 2006 and worked as Postmaster in Sodus and Williamson, NY, from June 1990 to January 2004. James has a diverse educational background that includes study at St. Bernards School of Theology and Ministry from 1999 to 2003, an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree from Monroe Community College, and a high school diploma from Elmira Free Academy.
