Brian Phillips has a diverse background in education, engineering, and community service. Serving as a Deacon at St. Michael the Archangel Catholic Church since October 2012, Brian is dedicated to mentoring youth and fostering their development. Concurrently, as a Professional Educator, Brian teaches part-time across various local Catholic schools and educational platforms. Experience includes serving as a 6th Grade Math and Science Teacher at St. Thomas More Catholic School, where Brian inspired students to embrace learning alongside their faith. Previous roles encompass project management in water and wastewater improvement projects, environmental health and safety management, and engineering in the semiconductor industry. Brian holds a Master’s degree in Loss Prevention and Safety from Eastern Kentucky University and a Bachelor’s degree in Chemical Engineering from North Carolina State University. Community engagement includes ministering to diverse groups in need through multiple venues.
