St. Michael's Country Day School
Sydney Muggia is an experienced educator with a diverse background in teaching and counseling. Currently serving as a 4th Grade Teacher at St. Michael's Country Day School since July 2021, Sydney previously worked as a School Counselor and Elementary Teacher for Duval County Public Schools from June 2016 to July 2021. Sydney began teaching as a Corps Member with Teach For America from 2016 to June 2018 and held a position as a Spanish Teacher with Viva Spanish! Language Programs from October 2015 to August 2016. Sydney holds a Master of Education in Counselor Education/School Counseling and Guidance Services from the University of North Florida (2018-2020) and a Bachelor of Arts in Spanish Language and Literature from John Carroll University (2012-2016), with a brief educational experience at Universidad Pontificia Comillas in 2014.
