Melissa Morey-Hollis joined St. Joseph’s in 2014 as the Clinical Program Director for the Medicine and Seniors Care Program. In 2019, she became the VP of Clinical Programs at Providence. In her Clinical Program Director role, Melissa has always put a great focus on fostering partnerships with the community, post-acute partners in the system and within hospital walls.
Previously, Melissa was the Director of Interprofessional Practice, Research and Infection Control at William Osler Health Systems and was an improvement advisor with the Osler-led Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care Health Performance Initiative Collaborative that focused on reducing Alternate Level of Care days and improving transitions to care destinations.
Melissa began her career as an Occupational Therapist and has a bachelor’s in Kinesiology and a master’s in Occupational Therapy from Western University. She also has a master’s in Health Studies from Athabasca University.
