Pawel Fiedorow

Pawel Fiedorow is an accomplished professional in the field of analog design and integrated circuit development, currently serving as the Analog IC Team Manager at STMicroelectronics since February 2008. With a strong emphasis on operational amplifier design in both bipolar and MOS technologies, Pawel has extensive experience in designing analog blocks and specialized top mixed verification for ASICs. Prior to this role, Pawel held positions ranging from Senior Analog Design Engineer to PhD Student, focusing on enhancing the performance of low power low voltage structures and researching frequency compensation techniques. Early career experiences include a tenure as a Student Engineer at Daimler, where Pawel developed and tested multimedia interface tools for passenger vehicles. Educational qualifications include a Doctor of Philosophy in Electrical and Electronic Engineering from INSA Lyon and a Master’s degree in Electronics and Physics from CPE Lyon.
