Matthew Cole

Matthew Cole is an experienced transformation and project manager with a solid background in public sector initiatives. Currently serving as Transformation Programme Manager at St Mungo's since June 2023, Matthew previously held the role of Business Improvement Programme Manager at Octavia from September 2021 to June 2023. Matthew's earlier experience includes senior positions such as Senior Project Manager at the London Borough of Tower Hamlets and Delivery Manager at Essex County Council, where responsibilities included managing agile projects and overseeing significant transformations in public services. Matthew's career began at the National Audit Office, contributing to international technical cooperation projects. Matthew holds a 2:1 degree in Politics from Lancaster University.
