Nayira Polanco is currently a Senior Director of Programs at YWCA of the City of New York. Nayira has extensive experience in education and youth development, having held positions such as Associate Director of Education at St. Nicks Alliance and Director Community School at The Home for Little Wanderers. Nayira has a strong background in managing programs, supervising staff, and building partnerships to serve under-resourced youth and communities. Nayira holds a Master of Education in Early Childhood Education and Teaching from Long Island University, a Master of Public Administration in Non-Profit/Public/Organizational Management from Marist College School of Management, and a Bachelor of Fine Arts in Photography from SUNY New Paltz.
