Jim Kipka

Jim Kipka has extensive experience in customer and guest services across various organizations. Currently serving as a Fan Services and Customer Service Representative for the St. Paul Saints since May 2018, Jim also holds the position of Guest Services Associate with Minnesota Sports & Entertainment since September 2019, where responsibilities include assisting guests with entry and seating during events. Prior to these roles, Jim worked as a Guest Services Associate for Minnesota United FC from March 2019 to November 2022 and with AEG from October 2017 to September 2020, focusing on ticket scanning and enhancing guest experiences. Additionally, Jim has a long tenure with USPS as a Mail Flow Controller from March 1980 to July 2017.
