Lydia Johnson

Director Of Raise The Roof Project at St. Paul's Episcopal Church

Lydia Johnson has diverse work experience, starting in 2009 as an Office Assistant at the South Alabama Spay and Neuter Clinic. lydia then worked as a Manager at Debra's Bayside from 2009 to 2011. In 2011, Lydia joined St. Paul's Episcopal Church as the Director of the Raise the Roof Project, and later also took on the role of Director of Christian Education until 2021. Currently, they are the Missioner for Development at the Episcopal Diocese of the Central Gulf Coast, starting in February 2021.

Lydia Johnson completed their education in a chronological order. In 2001, they attended Auburn University and earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Communication, General in 2005. From 2013 to 2016, they enrolled in Spring Hill College and achieved a Master's degree in Pastoral Counseling and Specialized Ministries. Finally, from 2017 to 2020, Lydia attended the Diocese of the Central Gulf Coast School for Ministry, where they obtained a Certificate of Theological Studies in the field of Ministry.
