Henry Nierodzik has extensive experience in accounting and human resources, currently serving in these roles at St. Paul's Lutheran Church and School since October 2011. Previous positions include Controller at UNX, where significant improvements in processes and profitability reporting were achieved, and Chief Accounting Officer at Calprop, overseeing the transition to private status and reducing audit expenses. As Accounting Manager for the Roman Catholic Archdiocese of Los Angeles, Henry supervised accounting operations and enhanced reporting systems. Early career accomplishments include serving as Director of Corporate Accounting at Capitol Records. Henry Nierodzik holds a BS in Business, Accounting, and Economics from Nebraska Wesleyan University and an MA in Marriage Family Child Therapy from Phillips Graduate University.

St. Paul's Lutheran School has been serving the Orange County community in school ministry for over 100 years. It is affiliaed with the Lutheran Church Missouri Synod (LCMS).
