Emily Zanat

Emily Zanat, MPH, CHES®, currently serves as a Case Worker at St. Peter's Health Partners since January 2024 and is a qualified Spanish bilingual provider. Previously, as Care Coordinator II at La Clinica del Pueblo, Emily developed care plans to enhance patient access to services and managed a caseload of over 100 patients. Prior experience includes roles as Clinical Research Coordinator II and III at The Henry M. Jackson Foundation for the Advancement of Military Medicine and Winship Cancer Institute of Emory University, where Emily led studies in HIV neurocognitive disorders and clinical trials. Additional experience encompasses research project coordination and community engagement at Emory University and various internships focusing on public health issues. Emily holds a Master of Public Health from Emory University and is pursuing a Master of Social Work at the University at Albany.
