Hannah Brannigan

Hannah Brannigan, MSN, FNP-C, currently serves as a Palliative Care Nurse Practitioner at St. Peter's Health Partners since October 2022. Prior to this role, Hannah worked as a Family Nurse Practitioner at CVS MinuteClinic from August 2021 to October 2022 and gained experience as a Registered Nurse through positions at Accountable Healthcare Staffing and Aya Healthcare between March 2021 and March 2021. Hannah's nursing career began at St. Joseph's Hospital & Health Center Inc., where service as a Registered Nurse spanned from June 2017 to May 2020. Educational qualifications include a Master of Science in Family Practice Nurse/Nursing and a Bachelor of Science in Nursing Science, both obtained from Le Moyne College, alongside an Associate of Science in Nursing Science from St Joseph's College of Nursing. A foundational High School Diploma was earned from Shenendehowa Central School District in 2014.
