Aarika Rose Cofer

Aarika Rose Cofer, MHA, currently serves as the Philanthropic Special Events Manager at St. Philip's School and Community Center since September 2024. Cofer has extensive experience in the healthcare and event management sectors, having co-owned Lo' & Rosie Creative Studio and RosesRntRed Modern Events since 2019 and 2017, respectively. Previous roles include Vice President at Hallmark Health Care Solutions and Director of Provider Compensation & Analytics at Texas Health Resources. Cofer's early career includes positions as a Senior Healthcare Consultant at ECG Management Consultants and an Operations Associate at Privia Health, among others. Cofer holds a Bachelor of Science in Health Management from Howard University and a Master of Healthcare Administration from The George Washington University.
