Hans Hoepel

Hans Hoepel is an experienced professional in the fields of real estate development and governance, with a career spanning several prominent organizations. Currently serving as a member of the Raad van Toezicht at St. Pieters en Bloklands Gasthuis te Amersfoort and as a board advisor for new construction at Cibap vakschool voor verbeelding, Hans also holds the position of Director of Real Estate Development at GGz Centraal, overseeing a diverse portfolio of properties. Additionally, Hans is the Chair of the Supervisory Board at Plavei and runs their own consultancy, Hans Hoepel Advies en Management. Past roles include Vice-Chair of the Board of Trustees at Zorggroep Charim and board member at Stichting Exploitatie Grote Kerk Apeldoorn, along with a lengthy tenure at Twynstra Gudde as a partner and strategic advisor in healthcare housing.
