Ben Silver has a diverse work experience spanning over several industries and roles. Ben started their career in 1993 at Cintas Corporation, where they held various positions such as General Manager, Branch Manager, Service Manager, and Sales Representative. Ben worked at different locations and was responsible for P&L management and revenue generation. In 2010, they became Regional Director of Operations at Advance America, overseeing multiple markets and leading the divisional management team.

In 2015, Ben joined Aramark Uniform Services as a General Manager and provided leadership in that role for over a year. Ben then transitioned to Indiana University Health in 2017, where they served as a Transformation Deployment Leader, focusing on process improvement projects, training, and coaching. Subsequently, they joined St. Vincent Charity Medical Center as a Lean Performance Improvement Specialist, contributing to the organization's financial, quality, and patient safety goals through Lean techniques and methodologies. Ben later became the Business Manager of the Behavioral Health department and eventually took on the role of Administrative Director for Behavioral Health and Addiction Services.

Ben Silver received their BA in Psychology from Miami University in the years 1988 to 1992. Ben later obtained their MSW (Master of Social Work) from Cleveland State University.
