Dr. Jarrell McRae

Dr. Jarrell McRae, DSW, LCSW-C, currently serves as an Adjunct Professor at Morgan State University, where the DSW program focuses on advanced social work practice and human service leadership for urban populations. As the Chief Operating Officer of St. Vincent de Paul of Baltimore, Dr. McRae enhances operational efficiency and oversees regulatory compliance to ensure effective service delivery. Previously, as Executive Director at Nexus Family Healing- Woodbourne Center, Dr. McRae drove organizational performance through strategic initiatives, while as Chief Administrator and Clinical Director at Hearts & Homes for Youth, emphasis was placed on the welfare of children and youth in Maryland's foster care system. Dr. McRae holds a Doctor of Social Work from Tulane University, a Master of Social Work from Morgan State University, and a Bachelor of Science in Psychology from Morgan State University.
