Jon Lucas

Program Director Community Based Services at St. Vincent Family Services

Jon Lucas has a diverse work experience spanning over several roles and industries. Jon began their career in 2005 as an Independent Contractor for The Findlay Publishing Company, where they delivered newspapers and provided exceptional customer service. From 2011 to 2012, Jon worked as a Paraprofessional for the Boy Scouts of America. Jon then joined the B.R.E.A.D. Organization as an Associate Organizer from 2013 to 2014. Following this, Jon worked as an Outpatient Therapist for Saint Vincent Family Services from 2014 to 2017. Jon then moved on to Nemeth Counseling and Consultation, serving as an Outpatient Therapist from 2017 to 2020 and later as a Clinical Director from 2020 to 2021. In 2021, Jon became a Lead Clinician for LifeStance Health and transitioned to an Outpatient Therapist role in 2022. Additionally, they held the position of Program Manager at Saint Vincent Family Services from 2022 to 2023. Currently, Jon is working as the Program Director of Community Based Services for St. Vincent Family Services.

Jon Lucas completed their education with a Master of Social Work (MSW) degree in Community and Social Justice Practice from The Ohio State University in 2013. Prior to that, they earned a Bachelor of Arts (B.A.) degree in Social Work from Bluffton University between 2009 and 2011. Jon started their academic journey at Owens Community College from 2006 to 2009, where they obtained an Associate of Arts (A.A.) degree with a major in Sociology.
