Lea A. Blair, LISW-S, is a Social Worker currently working at FAIRHOPE Hospice and Palliative Care, Inc. Lea A. also serves as the Vice President Residential & Foster Care at St. Vincent Family Center. Previously, Lea A. held positions as Chief of Bureau Long Term Care and Bureau Chief for Children with Developmental & Special Health Needs at the Ohio Department of Health. Lea has a Masters in Social Work Administration from The Ohio State University. During their time at OhioHealth, Lea A. was the System Director of Community Partnerships.
