Eric Pierce

Eric Pierce has a diverse work experience spanning over 20 years. Eric started their career in 2002 at Abos Pizza, where they served as a Manager and lead chef, responsible for employee scheduling, training, product quality, and stock management. In 2006, they moved on to work at CU Denver Recording Core College of Arts and Media as a Student Manager, overseeing the operation of recording studios, including hardware maintenance and software support. From 2008 to 2016, Eric worked at The Mac Shack as a Manager/Lead Technician, where they managed employees, handled purchasing, and provided detailed support for Apple Macintosh computers and operating systems. In 2016, they joined Saint Vrain School District Technology Services as a Tech Support Analyst before transitioning to St. Vrain Valley Schools in 2017. At St. Vrain Valley Schools, Eric has held various roles, including Manager of Technical Support, Sr. Manager of Technical Support, and currently, Director of IT Service and Support.

Eric Pierce earned their Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Recording Arts Technology, with a minor in Computer Science, from the University of Colorado Denver in the time period of 2004-2008. Eric also obtained several certifications, including CompTIA Network + in January 2016, Apple Support Professional 10.7 - 10.10 in 2015, Apple Certified Technical Coordinator 10.6 in 2011, Apple Certified Mac Associate - Mac Integration Basics 10.8 - 10.10 in 2011, and Apple Certified Macintosh Technician in 2009.
