Gregory Walter

Gregory Walter possesses extensive experience in both the education and technology sectors. Currently serving as a School Bus Driver and Electronic Specialist at St. Vrain Valley Schools since October 2017, Gregory is responsible for maintaining and updating video systems, Zonar systems, and two-way radios on school buses. Prior to this role, Gregory had a lengthy tenure at Oracle from January 2004 to January 2017, where roles included Senior Software Engineer and Senior Software Test Engineer while contributing to enterprise products such as the Virtual Library Extension and Large Tape File System Library Edition. Responsibilities included test planning, execution, reporting, and environment maintenance, achieving project deadlines ahead of schedule. Educational qualifications include certificates in computer industry courses from StorageTek, Sun Microsystems, IBM, and a two-year electronics certificate from Boulder Valley Vocational Technical Center, along with studies at the University of Colorado Boulder.
